3U Rack Mounted Module Chassis
Description
The MPS-1910 is a 3U tall- (12) slot 19" wide rack chassis
unit. The rack chassis can house ten modules consisting of any combination
of the 3HE Plug-in versions of the MPS-2320TX Transmitters and MPS-2320RX
Receivers.
The MPS-1910 also provides, as an option, two (2) dedicated rack
chassis slots for a supervisory alarm monitor and auxiliary channel
input and output ports.
The rack chassis accomodates two (2) hot-swappable, auto-ranging
power supplies. The On/Off switch and fused AC input are located
on the rear panel.
A unique feature of this chassis is the recessed front panel area
providing a sheltered cable bend radii area for routing Fiber and
RF cables accross the front of the plugin modules without extending
past the 19” equiptment rack. There is also a pass-thru end
slot to conduit any cables to the rear of the rack through the chassis.
